RESEARCH RELATED TO EDUCATION AND LEARNING IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE IN THE SPECIALIZATION OF THE FACULTY STUDENTS

The research team from the Faculty of Educational Sciences made up of students and teaching staff members lays emphasis on the current and necessary themes: personal, professional and socio-cultural development based on the basic competences of lifelong learning, motivation, metacognition, knowledge economy, education for sustainable development both in preschool and primary education, as well as in other segments of school and social education within the students’ scientific circles for disciplines such as mathematics, primary and preschool education pedagogy, child’s psychology, didactics of language and literature for children and so on The outcomes of the research work are disseminated by means of papers presented by the students at the annual scientific sessions

  • The students’ Scientific Session from the academic year 2011-2012 with the theme TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS AND TECHNIQUES FOR PRIMARY AND PRESCHOOL EDUCATION was attended by over 39 students with 27 papers in the field of child’s psychology, pedagogy for primary and pre-school education, children’s literature, etc.

  • The students’ Scientific Session with the theme INNOVATIVE STATEGIES FOR IMPROVING YOUNG AND PRESCHOOL LEARNER’S LEARNING held in the academic year 2012-2013 occasioned the presentation of a number of 28 papers with the participation of over 45 students who made both individual and team presentations.
