Designing educational programs adjusted for various ages and different target groups
• Activities of the educational process in primary and pre-school
• Assessing learning outcomes and the progress of preschool / young scholars.
• Managerial approach for pre-school  and primary classes regarding the learning process and the learning activities / social integration for the target group
• Counseling, psycho-pedagogical orientation and assistance to various categories of persons / educational groups  (preschool / school children / students, families, teachers, staff, etc.).
• Self-evaluation and continuous improvement of professional practices and career development

Transversal competences

• Applying the principles and norms of professional deontology, based on explicit values specific to an educational sciences specialist
Efficient cooperation within professional  and interdisciplinary work teams , the development of projects and programs within the educational sciences
• Use effective methods and techniques for lifelong learning, for educational  training and continuing professional development
